    See the Professor's policy laid out here. As an important reminder, late homework is not accepted and there are no make ups for quizzes. The lowest homework and lowest quiz grades are dropped.

    Additional policy for recitations:
  • Please refrain from idle conversations
  • Do not bring food to class


    • The primary goal during recitations is to provide an open question and answer session for your benefit. If there is extra time we will work problems at the board. Please come prepared beforehand with questions!

    During the last 10 minutes there is a short quiz covering the previous week of lecture material. Graded homework and quizzes are returned to you during recitation sections.

  • Ask questions (in class and office hours)
  • Read the book
  • Do your homework
