All participants are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements. We have secured group discount rates for our conference at several local hotels. The hotels are located in Center City Philadelphia and the University City and are either within walking distance or a short bus or subway ride from the University.

Hotels tend to fill up quickly during the Summer months in Philadelphia so we encourage all participants to call the hotel of their choice and reserve accommodations early in the Spring.
