HOMEWORK AND ASSIGNMENTS: Information on the current assignments can be found here

HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS: Each week's assignment will consist of the relevant core problems, problems from past final exams, plus additional work from the text or other sources.

EXAMS: There will be one midterm which will be worth 25% of the course grade. No make up exams will be given. The final will be worth 35% of the course grade. No calculators are allowed in any of the exams, but you can prepare one 8.5 by 11 sheet of paper (both sides) with notes of your choice.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS: Your grade for the course will be based on

quizzes (30%)
first midterm (25%);
weight (quizzes/3 or midterm/2.5) (10%);
final exam (35%);
