Bullets do not burn skin. This is a well-established scientific fact. The eyewitness testimony on the presence of burn marks on Chen's abdominal wound, from all physicians who treated Chen, unanimous and detailed, are damning. If one believes the doctors' testimony, then one must conclude that the March 19 shooting of Chen did not happen as purported.
