Members of the Henry Lee Committee examined the physical evidence during their visits to Taiwan in March and April, and reviewed all records provided by the CIB. Drs. Lee, Shi and Lock reviewed medical records provided by Chi Mei Hospital. The Lee Committee delivered the unsigned ``final draft'' [L2] of their report on August 27, 2004. The final draft and its Chinese translation were release to the public through the Internet by the Taiwan High Court on November 4, 2004. The signed final version of the report [L1] was submitted on November 10, 2004.
