Evidence

In this section we summarize the available evidence, with comments on the source and reliability of some of them. The sources include:

• announcements from the police and the CIB released in news conferences,

• CIB report [CIB1] on the evidence, henceforth called ``CIB Forensic Report'',

• Henry Lee Committee Report [L1], or ``Lee Report'' for short,

• a letter [CIB3] from the CIB to Legislator Chou Hsih-Wei.
