Useful information
There will be 3 midterm exams and one final.
1st midterm: Monday, February 7, 7-8:30pm, Logan Hall, Room 17
The first midterm exam will cover sections 9.4 through 10.4 that have core problems associated with them. It will be a mixture of multiple choice, free
response and perhaps some T/F questions.
Grading Policy for Midterm I
2nd midterm: Wednesday, March 16, 7-8:30pm
3rd midterm :Wednesday, April 6, 7-8:30pm, Chem 102
Final : Friday, April 29, 8:30-10:30 AM, Leidy Lab 10
The final grade is computed as follows: each midterm counts for 20%, the final counts for 25%, homeworks and quizzes together count for 15%.
There will be no make-up quizzes but the lowest quiz score will be dropped. Also, the lowest two homework scores will be dropped.
