General Rules

There are going to be two midterm exams and a final. They are scheduled as follows:
Midterm I : October 10th , 7-8:30pm
Midterm II : November 12th, 7-8:30pm
Final Exam : December 12th, 9-11am

Your final course grade will be assigned according to your performance on these exams as well as your performance on biweekly quizzes. The quizzes will be given in recitation and will contain representative problems from the covered material. There will be problems assigned each week and they, as well as the quiz dates, will be posted on the Lecture Schedule . The quizzes will contain one or two problems similar to the assigned ones. Even if not required to turn in homework, I strongly recommend you write up solutions to all the assigned problems. If you do want to turn in some, maybe all of the problems, I would be glad to grade them and give you feedback.

Please go to the Sunday Reviews held each Sunday night from 7pm to 9pm in DRL A2.
