I am a PhD student in the math department at the University of Pennsylvania. I study low-dimensional topology, in particular knot theory and Heegaard Floer homology. I will be spending the 2009-2010 academic year as an exchange scholar (aka grad student) at UC Berkeley and a program associate (aka grad student) at MSRI.
