Tentative Grading:

• Homeworks + quizzes 70%
• Final 30%
• No midterm

Homework

• Weekly homework is due in class the following Tuesday.
• NO LATE HOMEWORK ACCEPTED
• Please staple your solutions
• Homeworks will not be graded, although submission of homeworks will be included in your grade. It is in your interest to do the homework problems (see below)

Quiz

• Every Tuesday we will have a quiz in the first 30 min of the class
• The problems will be based on the homework problems (i.e. if you can do the homework problems then you will have no trouble with the quiz)
• No make-up

Final

• The final exam will be in the last week of the class
• The problems will be from the core problems and possibly with some minor changes
