Tentative Grading:
- Homeworks + quizzes 70%
- Final 30%
- No midterm
Homework
- Weekly homework is due in class the following Tuesday.
- NO LATE HOMEWORK ACCEPTED
- Please staple your solutions
- Homeworks will not be graded, although submission of homeworks will be included in your grade. It is in your interest to do the homework problems (see below)
Quiz
- Every Tuesday we will have a quiz in the first 30 min of the class
- The problems will be based on the homework problems (i.e. if you can do the homework problems then you will have no trouble with the quiz)
- No make-up
Final
- The final exam will be in the last week of the class
- The problems will be from the
core problems
and possibly with some minor changes
