orthogonal matrices, diagonalization,

Exam 2 (worth 20 %) Thursday November 8th (in class) covers
Vector Calculus : functions of several variables, vector fields,
line and surface integrals, Green's, Stokes' and divergence theorems
Sections : 9.1, 9.7 - 9.16
Exam 3 (worth 20 %) Tuesday December 4th (in class) covers
Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE) : first-order and higher order ODEs,
non-linear ODEs and Laplace transforms
Sections : 9.17, 2.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 4.1 - 4.4
Final Exam (worth 30%) Wednesday December 12th (9-11am) covers
all material from exams 1, 2, and 3 as well as :
Sections : 5.1, 5.2, 10.2
All 240 students will
take the same final.
