To start the search, fill in the information and click OK. If your (first or last) name contains spaces, replace the spaces with hyphens. For instance, if your first name is Chao Liang, then input Chao-Liang). I took the names from the registrar's list, so you may have to try a few variations to get it right. Note that your password is ALL 8 DIGITS of your Penn ID number (the middle number -- it starts with 10 -- at the bottom of your Penn ID card).
When you get your grades, there will be seven rows --
There should be four columns -- the first lists the exams, the second has your scores, the third the class average and the fourth the maximum number of points possible.
