I will talk about the back stable Schubert calculus of the infinite flag variety. I will define back stable (double) Schubert polynomials and (double) Stanley symmetric functions and explain a formula that writes back stable Schubert polynomials in terms of Stanley symmetric functions and usual Schubert polynomials. I will also discuss the related combinatorics of bumpless pipedreams.
