SPORT is a 12-week paid summer internship offered by the National Security Agency (NSA) that provides 8 U.S. Citizen graduate students the opportunity to apply their technical skill to current, real-world operations research problems at the NSA. Our one-hour presentation is designed to provide background and information to give your students an idea of the general kinds of problems they might work on as part of the SPORT program, and generate an engaged Q&A session.  Please note, the presentation is open to anyone, but the SPORT program is only open to U.S. citizen graduate students who are graduating December 2019 or later.

Program Highlights:

-- Applications accepted September 1 - October 31
-- Opportunity to apply operations research, mathematics, statistics, computer science, and/or engineering skills
-- Real NSA mission problems
