The goal of this talk is to introduce a differential refinement of the (twisted) Atiyah-Hirzebruch spectral sequence and to apply the spectral sequence to (twisted) differential K-theory. I will begin with a review of differential cohomology and twisted differential cohomology, continue with the construction for a refinement of the spectral sequence, and end with an identification of some of the differentials in the case of twisted differential K-theory.
Throughout the talk, I will highlight parallels with the corresponding topological constructions, considered by Atiyah and Hirzebruch (Segal in the twisted case),
