Besides math I love doing the following:
- I am a fencer (primarily epee) at the Fencing Academy of
Philadelphia.
- I am a second degree black belt (ni dan) in Kokikai Aikido.
When
my knee tendons allow it (not much lately), I practice at Cecelia
Ricciotti Sensei's dojo.
- I cook in about fifteen to twenty cuisines. My latest
acquisition
is a 3.3qt
Le Creuset tagine from Amazon France.
- I bike to the department (I don't have a car).
- I can be found at many of the Philadelphia Chamber Music
Society
concerts.
