I am co-organizer (with Elizabeth Milicevic of Haverford College, Linda Chen of Swarthmore College, and Jennifer Morse of Drexel University) of the Philadelphia Area Combinatorics and Algebraic Geometry (CAGE) Seminar (Thursdays from 3-4pm in DRL 3C8 at Penn and/or Tuesdays from 3-4pm in Korman Center 245 at Drexel). CAGE Spring 2014 CAGE Fall 2013 CAGE 2012-2013

On Saturday, April 25, 2015, the second annual

Mid-Atlantic Algebraic Geometry and Combinatorics (MAAGC)

workshop was held at Drexel University.

My research interests are in algebraic and enumerative combinatorics. In particular, I work on problems involving symmetric functions and Macdonald polynomials, combinatorial statistics and q-analogs, rook polynomials, and am also interested in the zeros of polynomials and analytic functions. I like experimental mathematics, and often use computer algebra packages such as Maple in my research, to develop and test conjectures.
