I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) Mathematics Department since 2014 and a Visiting Associate Professor at Institut Henri Poincare (Paris) in the Winter Quarter of 2017. My research is primarily in algebraic combinatorics with connections to representation theory, statistical mechanics and probability, computational complexity theory.
I obtained my PhD (math, 2011) at Harvard under Professor Richard Stanley from MIT. Afterwards, I was an Assistant Adjunct Professor and Simons Postdoctoral Fellow at UCLA.
