curriculum vitae

Currently I am a third year PhD student in pure mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania. Before that, I got BS in economics (joint program with Chongqing University) and BA in mathematics from George Mason University. After graduated from college, I got the Wing Yip Cambridge scholarship from Churchill College for postgradute study Part III of the Mathematical Tripos focusing on analysis and partial differential equations.

Besides math, I like playing the guitar and soccer. I was the lead guitarist and band leader of the L.A.T.E. band in Chongqing, and now I play lead guitar for Train&Plane band in UPenn. In the field of soccer, I was a attacking midfield/Wing for Mason United F.C. (2011-2013), Mason Chinese F.C. (2012-2013), and Cambridge University Chinese Elite F.C. (2014-2015). I also captained the team for Mason United F.C. (2013) and Mason Chinese F.C. (2012). A PDF version CV is available here.
