When we are given isolated singular points of complex hypersurfaces, the classical Milnor numbers help us measure the degeneracy of singularity. In fact, these numbers are exactly given by the local topological degrees of the gradient functions. This idea could be applied to broader fields with the machinery of A1-homotopy theory. We will talk about the A1-Minor numbers, and how they are related to enriched local degrees in the A1 setting.
