Abstract: We prove finiteness results for arithmetic hyperbolic 3-manifolds of bounded Heegaard genus, and for arithmetic reflection groups. Assuming Lehmer's conjecture, we prove an analogous result for arithmetic hyperbolic 3-manifolds with bounded rank fundamental group.
