After some general introduction to 3d N=4 theories, their moduli spaces and brane systems, we will look at examples of bad theories. Bad 3d N=4 SQFTs are difficult to study for a number of reasons. Employing a number of techniques we will give as good a description of their moduli space as possible, and point to a number of open problems.
