I am going to explain a theorem about L-functions that is an arithmetic version of the theorem from talk #2. This is again joint work with Abdurrahman.  If time permits I will say how this relates to Langlands duality. This  relationship is developed in joint work with David Ben-Zvi and Yiannis Sakellaridis.
