(1) Stasheff: After a brief review of fiber bundles and the history of characteristic classes, I will emphasize the Covering Homotopy Property and the universal bundle point of view.  I will also comment on the generalization to fibre spaces defined as having the covering property.

(2) Parikh: I will discuss the Hurewicz Theorem, which connects homotopy theory with homology theory.
