In order to celebrate mathematics in the new millennium, The Clay Mathematics Institute has named seven "Millennium Prize Problems" and has pledged a $1 million prize for the solution to each of these problems. This year as part of the Bi-College Math Colloquium, we will be surveying some of these 7 problems. This talk, the third of the series, will address the topic in computational complexity known as "P vs. NP".
