It is well known that the Hase local-global principle for two quadratic forms over number fields does not hold in general. In this talk, after recalling earlier results, I shall describe a Hasse local-global principle for smooth projective models of (reasonable but possibly singular) complete intersections of two quadrics in 7-dimensional projective space over a number field.
